How old are you?
Around 8, we think.
How did you meet your mom?
My mom told her Mammaw she wanted to get a friend for the dog she already had and mentioned one on the shelter website. Later that day, her Mammaw called and said something along the lines of, “oh hey, I got you your dog.” SURPRISE!
How stinky are you?
I hate bath time. I require adequate bribery.
What’s your favorite treat?
I get a hot dog every year on my birthday, but any normal day I like peanut butter.
Where is your favorite place to sleep?
Under a pile of blankets on the couch. The humans claim I snore, but I’ve never heard it so I don’t believe them.
What is your perfect day?
Barking at the mailman, taking a snooze, barking at the squirrels, taking another snooze, eating a hotdog, and then going to bed.
What’s the most ornery thing you’ve ever done?
I get really excited when the mail comes and assume everything is a toy for me! I’m told a not-even-out-of-the-box Roku wasn’t for me after all.
What are some Nelson fun facts?
If I’m still hungry after I finish my bowl of food, I will go bark at the front door so that my other dog friend will come check it out. While she’s distracted I will go eat her food. The vet says I need to go on a diet.
